Preppy Plaid Blazer

I was pretty proud of myself when I scooped up this preppy plaid blazer from Target for only 35 dollars. It's such a steal, especially when you consider how versatile it is. I know I'll definitely be pairing it with a simple white button up for a classic office look at some point in the future. Besides the price, I was drawn to it because of the unique coloring of the pattern - it's a cool mix of pink, a rusty orange, and green.

It's easy for plaid to have an equestrian feel, so I played that up a bit by wearing my Tory Burch riding boots. The drapey, orange tee under the blazer is from Anthropologie. It comes in several other colors (I also have it in black), and it's comfortable while being very forgiving. My tan Michael Kors bag is typically what I carry every day to the office since my laptop fits inside it perfectly. It's pretty and practical!
