Every once in a while, I get in the mood to wear all black. In fact, I find myself wanting to dress in all black more often the older I get. Not sure if that's a good or a bad thing (it's probably neither), but there's no denying that an all black look is totally chic.

I love these black leggings from Nordstrom (on sale). They're super comfy, and the leather strip of fabric down the side gives them a little interest and edge. I tapered back the edge just a bit here with a classic Houndstooth scarf I picked up at MANGO. At only $45, it's pretty reasonably priced, especially for the quality. Finally, my over the knee Frye boots are my go-to pair during these chilly winter months.
