Even though the high today in Austin is 73 degrees, it is usually cold enough around here in January to wear a chunky turtleneck with a peacoat. Throw on a pair of riding boots, and you're good to go in the chilly temps. And when I wear turtlenecks, I like to do some sort of statement earrings - they really pop against the collar. The ones I am wearing are old and therefore no longer available, but I really like these from BaubleBar and this simpler pair from Tory Burch.
